Super Mario 64

Super Mario 64

Super Mario 64 is a platformer game where players control Mario using advanced acrobatic moves and an eight-sided health meter called the Power Meter. The game starts outside the Mushroom Castle, a multi-floor hub, and consists of fifteen main courses, nine secret courses, and various secrets inside the castle. The main courses contain six numbered missions each and a hidden Power Star for collecting 100 coins. As Mario collects more stars, he can open more rooms and unlock Bowser levels.

Super Mario 64 employs a mission-based structure, with missions ranging from defeating enemies to racing friendly characters. These tasks require collecting eight Red Coins scattered around the map and collecting Power Star rewards. The courses feature various enemies, who can be defeated by kicking, punching, or jumping on them. Some missions involve fighting large bosses, while others involve friendly NPCs like Toads, Bob-omb Buddies, and other specific characters.
