In Little Runmo, gameplay revolves around timing, precision, and observation. Players have to guide the main character carefully through a series of terrains filled with spikes, deep holes, rolling rocks, and mechanical traps. Each mistake costs a life, and running out means restarting the area from the beginning. Coins and hidden items scattered along the route can replenish lives and boost progression.
Besides, as the journey unfolds, the maze occasionally reveals wooden frames marked with a single eye—these serve as hint points that guide players toward safer paths or smarter maneuvers. Every stage demands quick reflexes and sharp thinking to reach the “Exit” door. Note that you can use two command buttons consecutively when doing the wall-climbing action so that the character does not fall into the hole.
